Kairicha Mango Panha - Episode 11
Recipe:
Ingredients
2 green medium size Mango
4 Cardamoms Seeds
1 cup of Palm Sugar Syrup
I pinch of Saffron
Step 1 – Prepare the Mango
1) In a pot, add in mango.
2) Bring to a boil & simmer for 25 minutes.
3) Let it cool.
4) Wash mangoes.
5) Drop them into a pot of water.
6) Let it boiled on high heat – lid on.
7) Once boiling, bring down to low heat and let it simmer for 25 minutes.
8) The mangoes are ready when knife can go in smoothly.
9) Let it cool.
10) Take out the mango flesh and put it in a bowl.
Step 2 – Making the Concentrated
1) Take out mango flesh & put it in a bowl.
2) Mash the mango flesh.
3) Add in cardamom seeds, saffron & palm sugar syrup – mix it well together.
Step 3 – Making Kairicha Mango Panha
1) Add in quarter of the concentrated into a glass.
2) Fill in the rest of the glass with cold water.
3) Add in ice cubes & stir it well, & DONE!
To serve, garnish with saffron on top.
